In 1998 he started as a guide of alpine and rafting tours of Adventura travelling agency. For Teambuilding he works since 2000 and since 2003 at position of chief instructor. Except cooking he also worked in Special school in Podebrady but last two years he works fulltime for Adventura. When he is not at a training he is building a new house, watching little Kucera to grow up and shouting at little scouts to turn off the lights of their villa Tortuga.
