With regards to transparency of lecturers’ qualifications, Adventura Teambuilding accepted terminology and criteria united with European standards, set by Czech and Slovak association for experiential education.
Qualification of particular instructors depends on number of days-at-training, professional education and personal, social and life matureness.
Lecturer positions:
In frame of experiential education there are positions of trainer specialist and consultant specialist. Particular accredited specializations are reflected in instructors’ certificates.
