System of education
- Adventura Teambuilding ensures for its instructors system of education, which includes compulsory courses and seminaries, optional education workshops and especially possibility to join long-term project of “systematical education”. Aim of this project is to develop professional knowledge of instructors and allow them to grow, share experiences and interconnect their new knowledge with development and routing of Adventura Teambuilding.
- Compulsory trainings – Beginners training, Games seminary Standard , Health care seminary
- Optional trainings – Low rope elements, High rope elements, Game seminary Innovative
- Voluntary workshops – are updated every year and lectors, who participate are both internal lectors and external experts
- SystSem – unique project, which is guaranteed by consultancy, training and couching company Eudai. Topics of this long-term project arise both form developing needs of clients and from internal self-development needs of Adventura Teambuilding own team. It’s a program which allows our “core team” to grow together with you – clients.
- Trainings related to psychological and physical safety of participants at trainings (Health care workshop, Low and High rope elements) correspond to legislation of the Czech republic and are accredited
- Adventura Teambuilding exploits the cooperation with Adventura Travelling Agency, mainly its School of sports and living in nature, which provides complementary accredited education at the field of travelling and some sport fields.
