Safety at trainings
Safety of our clients is our priority.
In order to pursue safety standards in compliance with Czech law, there was a Safety Committee established in frame of Czech and Slovak Association for Experiential Learning (PSZV). This committee determines standards concerning physical and psychological safety of participants at all types of experiential trainings, including outdoor activities. These standards also contain conditions of certification for particular outdoor activities such as climbing, wild water, mountaineering, cycling.
Adventura Teambuilding thoroughly adheres to the safety regulations of PSZV.
- Our instructors are regularly trained in field of physical and psychological safety of participants. They also regularly absolve seminary of first aid accredited by MSMT (Ministery of Education, Youth and Sports, details to be found on www.ZdrSem.cz
- Our entire material (mainly material for climbing) is certificated, undergoes regular controls and its service life is limited.
- Participation in all activities at trainings is optional. We work with use of method "challenge by choice" – at each activity every participant regulates level of difficulty himself.
- Psychological and physical demandingness of programs is chosen according to each particular group.
