Fun
- Fun is programme, which brings to participants fun and entertainment. Due to unusual social experience, it helps participants to create feeling of belonging to group and thus supports loyalty to company. Next to team activities there are equally presented also individual activities.
- All these programmes are suitable for both small and large groups – according to course objectives, even up to hundreds of participants. We have personal experience with organizing an event for 2000 participants.
- Even at this type of training, it’s with regards to course objectives advisable to create space for sharing of experiences. Practically it means to give participants free time and space for individual “chatting” about what they have lived through, what they have completed succesfully etc.
