- A bit complicated, isn’t it? Subchapter of the same name as whole product line. Reason of this is usage of term Teambulding extended to areas regarded more to awarding employees (see Teamspirit, Fun).

In pure form teambuilding is:
- Targeted constructing and development of team focused on performance improvement. Fundamental of this targeted process is mainly learning on basis of one’s own experience. Because also emotional component is involved, maximal possible level of understanding and memorizing of theme is brought.
- Course suitable for teams of max. 32 participants.
- With regards to desired outputs and to abilities of group, method of experiential education is completed with other educational methods (facilitation, team couching, lecture).
- Is combination of action and education. Participants try out how to effectively use basic principles of collaboration in challenging situations and tasks. Course creates an open atmosphere and significantly helps deeper understanding among participants. Relationships in work team are thus reinforced to a great degree.
