- How shall I motivate my team to improve its performance?
- And how to lead and motivate myself?
Let’s start with self-reflection, self-leading and time management. And do you already manage communication? Then it’s possible to try out particular approaches in team leading in various situations and reflect their strong and weak points.
Course duration: 1,5 – 4,5 day. Depending on how deep you want to go and what are your time resources and defined aims. Ideal is to divide course into series of shorter workshops.
Output: Practical experience in field of team leading, motivation, couching linked to theoretical and practical knowledge. Basic theoretical information handout about topic. Recommendations of lecturer for further development of group based on performance of group in course and on evaluation of final questionary. Particular diagnostic tests are also recommended.
Designed for: work group with hierarchical structure as flat as possible, wider management of collaborating departments, project teams, leaders of particular teams, wider management of company as well as work group of non-colleague participants
