Try out together how difficult is exact presentation of simple information to a partner. Realize the inevitability and benefit of feedback. It’s important that you know the situation from both points of view – both sender and receiver. Work with the knowledge of context and nonverbal communication. If all this is clear to you, it’s time to shift towards complexity of communication in hierarchical company structure.
Course duration: 2 – 3,5 day. Ideally 2 days followed by another 1,5 day in close time interval.
Output: Basic theoretical knowledge from area of communication linked to practical experience. Training exercises with tool of effective feedback. Basic theoretical materials connected to this topic. Recommendations of lecturer for further development of group based on results of group in course and on evaluation of final questionary.
